Pasture Raised Beef

Our cows spend their days grazing on open pasture from late spring through mid-fall. We harvest hay from these same fields to keep them well-fed through the winter. When the weather turns cold, the herd moves to a cozy winter pasture closer to the homestead, with access to the barn for extra shelter. We raise Angus-Hereford cross cattle—gentle, hardy animals that thrive on pasture and produce rich, flavorful beef.

Beef Sales – By the Whole or Half
We sell our beef in whole or half portions, priced by the hanging weight. It’s a great way to fill your freezer with high-quality, pasture-raised beef—and save in the long run.

You can choose how you'd like your beef finished:

  • Grain-Finished – $7.99/lb (hanging weight)
Tender and rich, with classic beef flavor.

  • Grass-Finished – $10.99/lb (hanging weight)
Lean, flavorful, and 100% pasture-raised from start to finish.

Maple Syrup

We boil our maple syrup just like our ancestors did—slowly, over a wood-fired stove. That old-school method gives every batch a rich, deep flavor with a hint of natural smoke you won’t find in store-bought syrup. It’s the real deal, straight from our trees to your table.
